This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the town of Moravske Budejovice. It is a two-floor house without a basement, which is designed for a family of four. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with ceramic blocks HELUZ, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. The building is covered with a shed roof with a slope of 7°. Garage is part of the house and has shed roof with a slope 5°.

This bachelor thesis prosesses newly-built single-family house in Klepačov. This detached house has two floors and partial basement. The building is designed using ceramic block POROTHERM and BEST block for basement walls. Ceiling structures are made from the system POROTHERM ceiling and SPIROLL panels. The house is covered by a hipped roof and flat roof.

This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the village of Zámrsky. It is a two-floor house without a basement with garage, which is designed for a family of four. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with clay brick Porotherm, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. Floor structure is made of clay system Porotherm. The building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 20° and gabled dormers on the north and south side. Garage is covered with a mono-pitched roof with a slope of 12 °.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is design newly-built single-family house in Třebíč – Podklášteří, street Kaštanová. The house is designed for four-member family. The house is designed as two-storey house, with partial basement, with built-in garage and with warm flat roof. External walls in basement are made of concrete blocks. External walls in above-ground floors are of brick blocks Porotherm. Plot is gently sloping. Part of the design is thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safety assessment.

Ground plan concist of two contigous rectangles with mono-pitched roof and warm flat roof. The main entrance to house is located to the northeast. The building is designed from the structural system POROTHERM and BEST block for basement walls. Ceiling structures are made from the system POROTHERM ceiling and SPIROLL panels.

Newly-Built Detached House

This bachelor thesis is about a two-storey detached house with no basement and the living roof which is covered with vegetation. The house includes two wooden terraces. The entrance terrace is located in front of the main entrance of the house and the second terrace for relaxing has access from the living room with the kitchen unit. This terrace is also the entrance to the garden. The main building material of this house is Ecocon wall paneling which is combination of wooden frame and straw filling. The garage is self-standing and one-storey object with no basement.It's also roofed with the living roof.

It is a two-floor house without a basement, which is designed for a family of five. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with sand-lime block SENDWIX, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. The building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 40° a gable dormer window on the south side and with an elongated part of the roof above the garage with a slope of 18°.
